Failure to cooperate or delays in providing essential resources may impact service performance and delivery timelines.

7. Payments & Billing

Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. Typically, WrightTalk invoices monthly or per project milestone. Pricing may depend on:

• Number of agents assigned
• Hours of operation (business hours vs. 24/7)
• Call/chat volumes or SLAs required
• Use of custom integrations (e.g., CRM, ticketing)

Late payments may incur a fee and can result in service suspension. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing or required by law.

8. Confidentiality and Data Security

We understand the critical nature of your data. WrightTalk implements:

• Compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

We treat your data with care and expect the same from you regarding our proprietary tools, scripts, and software. Any exchange of sensitive data should follow secure protocols mutually agreed upon.

9. Ownership of Materials

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Call scripts, templates, dashboards, and training content are the property of WrightTalk.
• You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use them for the duration of the contract.
  Materials created specifically for you may be transferred or co-owned, as defined in your agreement.

Unauthorized sharing or reproduction of WrightTalk’s tools and materials is strictly prohibited.

10. Termination of Services

You may cancel services by giving written notice, typically 30 days in advance, unless otherwise agreed. We may terminate services if:

• Payments are missed for more than 15 days
• Terms of use or contract terms are violated
• Illegal or unethical use of the platform is detected

Upon termination:

• Access to live systems will be disabled
• Proprietary materials must be returned or deleted
• Your data will be retained or deleted in accordance with privacy laws

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WrightTalk is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity
• Delays caused by third-party systems or client-side issues
• Damages arising from force majeure events (e.g., outages, disasters)

Our maximum liability under any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the affected service period.

12. Changes to These Terms
